Scott Wozniak: Hey all, Scott here and apparently Smash Brothers

[a screenshot of the department "Stage legality in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U" from the SmashWiki article called "Stage legality"]

Scott Wozniak: but has 5 stages according to competitive play. Agglomeration of prudes, I personally have Rainbow Prowl claret in me so in terms of my most wanted Blast Bros. stages get ready for a whole lot of wackiness!

[a segment card proverb "Light-green Valley" appears and then footage of Kirby and the Rainbow Expletive is shown]

Scott Wozniak: Kirby and the Rainbow Curse was... alright. The game was incredibly short and kinda forgettable for me merely one thing that I will always call back is the art mode. My god, this game looks fantastic. The problem is, you lot had to look at the gamepad to competently play the game and then you could never experience the game in all of its HD glory.

[a mockup of the Light-green Valley stage appears]

Scott Wozniak: That's why I would dig a Nail Brothers stage based off of it. The clay esthetic would look then absurd! This mockup is really elementary just I think that at that place could be a lot of fun aspects to this stage. Perchance rainbow lines could be fatigued and players could temporarily stand on them similarly to PictoChat or something.

[a segment card saying "Bowser Land" appears and a movie of Bowser Land from Super Mario 3D Earth appears, which has a clown Ferris cycle in the back]

Scott Wozniak: World Bowser is the terminal chief world in Super Mario 3D World and... I want it! This is such a cool design for a world and I would kill to take this every bit a stage. Perchance that clown Ferris bike can be used as platforms and whatnot. I-I just think the music and design of this place is also cool to non have it exist a Smash Brothers stage.

[a segment carte du jour called "Bang-up Plateau" appears and following it, is footage from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild]

Scott Wozniak: Breath of the Wild is going to get a stage in Smash Brothers, it's inevitable. I think the near obvious contender for a stage would be the Great Plateau.

[a mockup is shown of the Swell Plateau every bit a phase with Toon Link and Yoshi]

Scott Wozniak: It's the first area in the game and you could hands see attractions such as Hyrule Castle and Expiry Mount. I made this mockup pretty simple, just as a floating platform in the sky overlooking Hyrule. I did this mainly because so much of Breath of the Wild is looking downwardly at the earth similar this, whether you're on high terrain or paragliding through the air. I think this fits Breath of the Wild and would be a beautiful stage to kicking.

[a segment carte du jour chosen "Puzzle League" appears and footage of Tetris Assault is shown]

Scott Wozniak: I love Tetris Attack on the Super Nintendo and I wanna come across a stage based off of this game specifically. At present, the series is known as Puzzle League at present and has seen a few other entries such as Pokémon Puzzle League, Planet Puzzle League, and Puzzle League & Dr. Mario. Basing a stage off of these games would exist a bit easier because Nintendo does non own the Tetris proper noun, thus the had to rebrand the series as Puzzle League if they didn't want to get a not-so-friendly cease and desist letter. The problem with this is, I don't want these games to take a stage. I love the gameplay in Puzzle League but the graphics and music in Tetris Assail makes me feel.

[a mockup of Tetris Attack as a stage is shown with Duck Hunt Duo and Kirby]

Scott Wozniak: Just call the stage Puzzle League. The phase is stage would play just like the game. The fight would take place on the game lath and, of course, the terrain would movement based on the matches being made. Legal? God no! Simply I think this could be a actually cool stage at the very least.

[a segment card chosen "Rhythm Heaven" appears and following it is footage from the Rhythm Sky series]

Scott Wozniak: Rhythm Sky deserves so much more than than information technology gets in Smash Brothers. A stage based on the franchise could exist really absurd and focus on rhythmic fighting. Similar maybe if you timed your attacks to the stage's music you would get bonuses like higher assail power or greater defense force.

[a segment card called "Virtual Boy" appears followed by footage relating to the Virtual Boy and a mockup of the stage taking place in Mario Clash with Pac-Man and Duck Hunt Duo]

Scott Wozniak: Gotta embrace failure, that'south definitely some advice in class of words. Imagine a stage taking place inside a Virtual Boy... westward-well I-I recall it'due south cool. Nothing super complex about this one. It's definitely a stage everybody would hate playing on, but I remember the concept sounds neat. Merely going from Virtual Male child game to Virtual Boy game. Here we take Mario Disharmonism as an case. Of course, the stage could swap over to Wario Country, Mario's Lawn tennis, and Red Alarm. Just... I think it would be cool!

[a segment card chosen "ARMS Grand Prix" appears followed by footage from ARMS]

Scott Wozniak: What ARMS stadium should be the bases for an ARMS stage? Why not all of them! Or at least a good few corporeality.

[a mockup is shown of an ARMS stage with Jigglypuff and Pac-Human being]

Scott Wozniak: This would be the ARMS Thousand Prix, a traveling stage. This is Jump Stadium in glorious colored pencil and yous can see an Artillery fight taking place below while you fight in a higher place. Afterward a while, the stage can fly over to another stadium, kinda like how Skyloft and Delfino Plaza work.

[more Artillery footage is shown]

Scott Wozniak: I think that would exist a good way to experience the diversity of characters in ARMS, seeing all of their respective stages within the ARMS phase itself.

[a segment menu called "Moving ridge Race" appears and is followed by Moving ridge Race 64 footage]

Scott Wozniak: Moving ridge Race deserves a stage, only give 'em information technology. A fight tin can take place on the back of a jetski. Thanks.

[a segment carte du jour chosen "Inkopolis" appears followed past a mockup of Inkopolis from Splatoon every bit a stage with Fox and Male monarch Dedede]

Scott Wozniak: Inkopolis is going to be a stage, that's the easiest prediction to brand. I based this off of the original Splatoon and would take place in the center of the plaza in front of the entrance to multiplayer. Potentially, in that location could exist random ink puddles on the ground to slip people upward.

[a segment carte du jour called "Radarscope" appears followed by footage from John's Arcade Game Reviews & Tech]

Scott Wozniak: Radarscope is a failed Nintendo arcade game that is the reason we're all here today. It's kinda merely a Space Invaders-type game and it didn't do all also well. So Nintendo let Shigeru Miyamoto have at it and do whatever he wanted with the Radarscope machines and he created Ass Kong. So while it was a failure, it'south the reason we have Donkey Kong and Mario and real 34!

[a mockup of the Radarscope as a stage appears with Jigglypuff and King Dedede]

Scott Wozniak: Why not have a Boom Brothers stage nearly it? Now either Radarscope would have a reimagined mod rendition for a stage or they could practice this: where the fight takes place on an arcade machine while the game is playing. Simply like the Virtual Boy phase, I think it's cool when Nintendo looks back and acknowledges, pokes fun at, or just comprehend their less than stellar ideas back in the day.

[a segment card called "Nintendo Land" appears followed past images of Nintendo Land]

Scott Wozniak: There was a Nintendo Land medially in Super Blast Brothers for Wii U and it hurt me simply because in that location was no Nintendo Land stage. Imagine how cool that would be! Either overlooking the park, traveling to different attractions, or just the fight taking place in the park. Nintendo State has so huge potential to brand for a great phase.

[a segment card called "Corneria" appears followed by a mockup of it is a stage with Dr. Mario and Toon Link]

Scott Wozniak: A Star Fox stage in the manner of the very first game. Information technology would look but similar you were playing Star Play a trick on on the SNES but a fight's taking place on top of the Arwing. The Andross Aid Trophy is already modeled after this game, why non have a stage based off of information technology besides? I remember the like shooting fish in a barrel comparison to make for this phase would exist Pilot Wings in Blast Wii U and hey, I actually enjoy that stage and so something similar to it would be fun.

[a segment card called "Boom Crash Class" appears followed by footage and images relating to the Smash Bros. series]

Scott Wozniak: Picture this! A stage that transforms betwixt diverse different stages throughout the Nail Brothers series, similar one minute yous're playing on Sector Z, then the side by side you're playing on the Fountain of Dreams, and and so you're playing on PictoChat. A bit of a Smash Brothers history lesson or as I like to call it, a Smash Crash Course. I think it would be kinda cool if it would show the evolution of the serial and not simply graphically but design-wise besides in terms of stage layouts.

[a segment card called "Noisy Notebook" appears followed past footage from Snipperclips]

Scott Wozniak: Snipperclips is a fantastic Nintendo Switch eShop game and I think the game has some crazy potential to brand a fun stage.

[a mockup of Snipperclips as a stage appears with Dr. Mario, Kirby, and Yoshi]

Scott Wozniak: I think it could be a stage where the layout changes based on how Snip and Prune tear it upwards that could pb to some really fun and weird layouts in an always-irresolute terrain.

[a segment carte du jour called "Kuru Kuru Kuruin" appears followed by footage from Kuru Kuru Kuruin]

Scott Wozniak: Kuru Kuru Kuruin, or however you desire it's pronunciation is, an obscure Nintendo puzzle series virtually guiding a spinning bar throughout a phase with various hazards and narrow passways. The games were but released in Japan with a few coming out in Europe, however, recently, the starting time game released on the Wii U eShop here in N America. I want this to be a stage considering imagine fighting on the spinning bar while you lot see the background spin behind you. Motion sickness can be a blast if it's a Boom Brothers stage!

[the camera cuts back to Scott Wozniak in his room]

Scott Wozniak: I can get all twenty-four hour period on this, seriously, people know me as the guy who can come up with Smash Brother stages. Others are like, "No way!", and I'm like "Fine art Academy phase", and they're like "Wait a 2nd man!", and I'm similar "Aristocracy Beat Agents stage", and then they're similar "Practiced god homo! Slow downward!", and I'1000 like "The Sanderson's house from Chibi-Robo", and they're like "This man is a fucking fauna! He must be stopped!"!
